Weight lifting, crunches, vertical jump, 40 yard dash training, etc. Marcus Freeman and Chris Beanie Wells are also seen working out preparing for the post combine event. Freeman and Wells improved their run times at the Pro Day while Laurinaitis remained a little slow compared to other linebackers in the draft.
